DRAKE IS NOT A SUSPECT AND THERE IS NO ANY WARRANT FOR HIS ARREST

Drake is not facing arrest in the Chris Brown bar fight law enforcement sources told DMK.

There’s a fake report out that Drake will be arrested for reckless endangerment for hurling a bottle that hit no one but it’s not true, cops have “no suspects, complaints or arrest warrants at this time.”

According to the report, a single witness told the cops Drake threw the bottle. Chris Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos, claims he has evidence Drake threw glassware, though he has not been specific.

The report says unless Drake agrees to surrender by next week, he will be arrested tonight during a concert at Jones Beach. DMK confirmed with law enforcement this is not true.

New York State Park Police are taking no chances with Drake’s concert at Jones Beach Theater tonight they’ve called in for extra security.

The Park Police, who cover Jones Beach, have asked for extra men to patrol the show from the New York State Police, who cover Long Island as a whole.

The Police don’t want anything to occur like what happened this week at W.i.P.

Twitter exploded Wednesday (Jun 13) after a photo of (what looked like) a naked Kim Kardashian started spreading all over the popular social networking site, and the word was that the picture originated from her boyfriend Kanye West‘s Twitter account.

But according to reps for the “Watch the Throne” rapper … the picture is most definitely NOT of Kim K, and it was NEVER posted to Kanye’s Twitter, which hadn’t seen any activity since the day prior:

After doing some research, TMZ also reported that the woman in the photo is actually porn star Amia Miley, and it was posted to her Twitter sometime last year. As the photo went viral,over a year later, Miley tweeted:
